Quality characteristics of our calcium carbonate powder product
based on standard reference laboratory results

Laboratory results of bicarbonate powder product produced by our Company:
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of elements:
A very small amount of SIO2 indicates that the calcium carbonate powder is of high purity. SIO2
is usually found as an impurity in minerals and its small amount in this sample indicates that the
production process was carried out well.
Amount below the detection limit AL2O3is also a common impurity like SIO2, but its amount in this sample is much lower than the detection limit, which indicates the high quality of calcium carbonate powder.
Amount below the detection limit BaO is also an impurity, and its very low amount in this sample indicates that the calcium carbonate powder is of high purity.
This amount indicates that the calcium carbonate powder has a high percentage of CaO, which is its main constituent. However, to accurately determine the amount of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) in the sample, the amount of carbon dioxide (CaO) must also be measured.
The presence of MgO as an impurity in calcium carbonate powder is normal. However, its amount in this sample is relatively high.
In some applications, the presence of a high amount of MgO can be undesirable. For example, in the food and pharmaceutical industries, the amount of magnesium must be within a certain range.
The amount is below the detection limit - Fe2O3 is also an impurity and its very low amount in this sample indicates that the calcium carbonate powder is of high purity.
The amount is below the detection limit - K2O is also an impurity and its very low amount in this sample indicates that the calcium carbonate powder is of high purity.
The amount is below the detection limit - MnO is also an impurity and its very low amount in this sample indicates that the calcium carbonate powder is of high purity.
The amount is less than the detection limit - NaO2 is also considered an impurity and its very low amount in this sample indicates that the amount of sodium in the calcium carbonate powder is very small.
The amount is less than the detection limit - P205 is also an impurity and its very low amount in this sample indicates that the calcium carbonate powder is of high purity.
The amount of SO3is very low and indicates that the amount of sulfate in the calcium carbonate powder is also very low.
The amount is less than the detection limit - TiO2 is also an impurity and its very low amount in this sample indicates that the calcium carbonate powder is of high purity.
The LOi value, which is related to the weight loss of the sample due to heating, can indicate the amount of moisture and volatile substances present in the sample.
According to the analysis results, the calcium carbonate powder provided is of good quality.
